Our Franchise is seeking someone who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, enjoys supervising others, and is a serious multi-tasker. Key Responsibilities

· Perform material selections

· Set scheduling expectations on a project-by-project basis

· Schedule in house crew, subcontractors, and material suppliers

· Pull permits on projects when necessary and schedule inspections

· Ensure all work performed complies with the scope, plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work

· Document all project activities and maintain quality standards daily

· Inform Construction Manager of Change Orders

· Ensure material suppliers deliver exactly what was purchased

· Ensure subcontractors and crew complete all work in accordance with their purchase orders

· Compile and resolve punch list items

· Perform final walk-through with customer

· Secure a signed Certificate of Satisfaction from customer and a Review.

· Maintain vehicles in Construction Division and schedule maintenance and repairs in warehouse when needed
. Bi-lingual is a plus but not necessary

Position Requirements

· High school diploma/GED

· Superb customer service track record

· Effective written and oral communication

· Basic math skills

· Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

· Walking and/or standing throughout the day

· Must be able to lift 50lbs

· Frequent driving and sitting

· Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions

· The noise level at individual jobsites can be loud

90 Day Review after hiring.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
